  The Dorchester store keeps on giving bad service time again. This time from order to completion it was 1 hr 53mins; this does beat however one time when I ordered at 8pm and the pizza arrived at 10:45pm where he said he had bought it as it was on his way home ..... Reason: he lives near me.
  I am completely sure that this is the last time I ever use them, I am going to use empire kebab from now on. The only thing Dominoes ever had over the local store was that I could order online whilst playing my games. Before you think I am a spotty child having a tantrum; I am 48 yrs old running my own business in customer consumerism where, if I gave this service, I would be bankrupt.
  The store, did however, after complaining offered me a £30 voucher off my next order (completley usless as this will be the last order ever) or a replacment...... this arrived at 15.20pm a bit warmer than before but not hot, however thats not too much of an issue; after speaking with the store at 14.11pm

  my son just placed order for delivery online, paid via card, it's been 40 minutes or so, tracker stuck on quality check and it's very near the stores closing time, they aren't picking up the phone.
  
  A few times recently pizzas have arrived with hairs on them, i haven't complained to the store yet but if it happens once more i'll be forced to. Some quality check.
  
  Tracker finally switches to out for delivery and it's 3 minutes past the stores closing time.
